Who is it for? You own a property and want complete support throughout its renovation, from the initial feasibility study to the final key-in handover.
We handle every aspect and stage, guaranteeing you a smooth and aesthetically pleasing renovation project, delivered on time and within budget.
Price : Our fees include:
- a fixed fee for the "design" phase of the project (based on the number of rooms and technical constraints) and,
- a percentage-based fee for the "execution and project monitoring" phase (starting at 10% of the total cost of the work, depending on the size and complexity of the project).
